For articles which are either written by yourself or your colleague(s), please consider the following:

• Please provide a small head and shoulders picture (300 dpi preferred) along with a brief bio in the range of 60 words about the author(s).  You may link to your article on this website. 

• You must confirm that you have received permission from the author(s) (if not yourself) to submit this information and that by your submission, they agree to its publication and therefore dissemination to unknown parties.  

• You must take due care to ensure all relevant references are properly sourced within the article, if applicable.  

• Article should be proofed and ready for publication.
